$_SESSION in query statement…

Is this right???
mysql_select_db($_SESSION[‘db’]);
$result = mysql_query(“SELECT * FROM $_SESSION[‘table’]”);
I’m guessing, NO!

If i put the variable names in directly, everything works fine. I’m guessing I’m missing something – fresh eyes would help.

@ShrineDesignsAug 15.2005 — should be
$result = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM {$_SESSION['table']}");
or
$result = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM " . $_SESSION['table']);
@rch10007authorAug 15.2005 — I used the 1st version and it worked - I'm still learning about the use of { } when inside double quotes - I know I saw something about it somewhere.

Thx SD
