Plz Help, Countless hours but stillno solution :(

i am making a site and am looking to have an help function during registration that updates auto,

if you goto the site above you will notice exactly what i mean, click in a few of the text boxes ?

does anybody at all know how to do this, if so could they send me the code / point me in the right direction please,
