Help with Navigation :S

Hello, Im currently developing my website and It all looks nice in Firefox, but in ie, first off the banner at the top wont position to the left, and secondly, the navigation is all messed up, can anyone help me fix this, the url is [url]www.fscrew.org[/url], the styles location is in source, and thanks in advance ?
