Scrollbars on popup windows not showing

I’m using the basic javascript popup code on my website. Everything was working fine until I moved to another domain and now the scrollbars on my popup windows are not showing.
Here’s the code I’m using:

[COLOR=DarkGreen]<!–
function graphics()
{ window.open (“graphics.htm”,”popup”,”width=400, height=400, location=0, menubar=0, resizable=0, [B]scrollbars=0[/B], status=0, titlebar=1, toolbar=0″) }
–>[/COLOR]

The bolded part is probably where I messed the code up. It’s just confusing because it was working on my other domain. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
