looking for a very simple chat that works on windows!!!

i have apache 2.0.46 and php 4.3.2 installed on win2000
i found on the zend website a code that makes asimple chat :

the thing is that i run the code and it has some bugs
does any 1 maybe havea code that runs on windows withought bugs?
