Putting a video from internet on site

How would I put a Quicktime video that is already on a website on a site like Myspace or Xanga?

@compgk15Jul 29.2005 — its quite simple. the easiest way is to copy the video and paste it into like frontpage. then go to html and copy the coding and paste that coding onto your myspace or xanga.

you need to find out the source of the video and put it after "src=". then just copy all that codin up above and put it on ur myspace or xanga.
