white boxes in the text field with ie

Hi webrothers!

I have a small problem.You can see at the link below some white boxes in the text field browsing with ie.

This site has an earlier created version with no “white box” bug:

My friend told my maybe its commes from the different version of apache server. (it needs some character code fixing) /The site was developed by dreamweaver using apache v2. /
