How: vertical image scroll

Hello,
20 lines text built in as image (.gif) (Not .txt) is supposed to scroll (pressing buttons not alone) up and down in smaller window which shows vertically is 1/10 the height of the original image, only 2 lines could be showed each time. [Purpose: to show text written in various alphabets and fonts, therefore fit as .gif not .txt
Example: shown on the side does not work when get copied and work from alone not according view wish when pressing buttons or scroll bar or whatever
