Regarding sql and php cooding

Hi to all
I am new here .I have installed xampplite.I have done new db by using myphpadin.Members (db)REGISTERED(table).I have register.php,login.php,members.php,logout.php.succees.php.Everything is working fine.But i have not seen any sql file.Istead of it i have db.opt,REGISTERED.myd,REGISTERED.frm,REGISTERED.myi.
How should i save it so that i can have sql file?Do i have any mistake while creating sql file?When i upload these all files,does it work?How should i add online users(I want to see all the username) and guest (total)?I have add a Date column but it does not update the registered date.I have done to field Date().How should i insert this?I would like to make a page forget_password.php when user forget password,server will send the required password.I have done it but if statement or some other statements does not full fill the requirement.It does not work.How should i add this?
