iframe tooltip below frame problem

hi i try to search in the forums but only finded the solution how to display something from main frame over an iframe
but i have other problem .. i want to display something from iframe over main frame [COLOR=DarkRed][b]>>>[/b][/COLOR][URL=http://manus.pl/~alf/popup_problem.gif][COLOR=Red][b]>>> picture describes the best what is mine problem – click to see it ?[/b][/COLOR][/URL][COLOR=DarkRed][b]<<<[/b][/COLOR]

i created main window on which user chooses resolution , then comes popup window with menu and iframe to display websites with some lessons.
and in them i want place some “tooltips” some of them in txt some of them are images….i created “lesson pages” but now when all is almost finished i find that tooltips are hiding beneath main frame of popup window

can anybody can help me ?? any idea ?? sample code will be most welcomed ?
