How do i position a table like i do with an image

i use

<IMG STYLE=”position:absolute; TOP:###px; LEFT:##px; WIDTH:##px; HEIGHT:##px” SRC=”image.gif”>

to place text and pictures but it will not work for a table????

with this method if you were wanting an actual table with borders, eg with results you would have to change border styles.

I don't recommend this type of layout however, maybe you should consider css (cascading style sheets). This way you could position a table with borders around.

I also suggest using [URL=http://www.w3schools.com/xhtml/default.asp]XHTML[/URL]. I learnt virtually everything from w3schools and it is a good comprehensive site.
