DHTML Menu/Flash/Firefox Issues

Hey All-

I am at the end of my rope here folks. I built a site with a very basic DHTML menu(in fireworks- probably my first mistake) which overlaps a flash movie on the homepage.

The problem:
The menu is hidden in Firefox.

Here is a summary from the client:

On linux the Saoirse website left pop-ups are still partly hidden behind the plugin for Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041020 Firefox/0.10.1. When moving the mouse over (without clicking) the Home, About us and Technology buttons nothing shows up (which is fine). For Partnerships and Careeers buttons, pop-up residuals show below the bottom plugin margin.

Any input would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks,
Matt
