Need VOTE Button for site.

My members have asked If we could put up a vote page so they can vote on Kite Chics and Kite Dudes. My site is [url]http://www.twistedliquidsports.com[/url]
I want to have a single button that says VOTE!. I would like for it to mail the vote to a email at our site. It would be nice if each vote button would say what chic or dude they are voting for. Can You HELP? Thanks

You might need a custom script written for you. You need to find out which server-side language(s) your server supports before we can give you much more help.
