Plz Help with editing menu content with PHP!

Hi.
I would be GREATFULL if someone could help me out…I’m infront of my screen all night, for about 15 Hours without sleeping at all, trying to figure out how to make a script…
so heres what i have…I have the site’s menu which is javascript and the content is taken from MySQL using PHP.so far it works fine by changing the content direct from MySQL with phpmyadmin.now i want to make a php script in the admin’s area with which i will be able to change the menu’s content…
This is what i can’t figure out…

All the contents are taken from a table in the db.the table’s structure is like this:

where id:an auto increment no
mid: a 10 digit char number which shows the full place on the menu of the item
mpos: an integer whivh shows the place on the menu of the item (main,submenu…)
mtarget: the target!!
mico:which ico will be next to the text (blank,arrow…)
mname_GR/_EN:The text of the item (HTML) dipending on which language will be selected.

i made a quick graph with the menu to show you who it is…(SEE ATTACHMENT) the 10digit numbers are the mid instead the mname_GR/_EN

now i can’t find a way so that i can edit this without the use of phpmyadmin…

Does anyone out there had a simullar problem or i’m the only one ?

PS:I’m not asking you to write me the full code just a possible solution or ideas or why not a premade code or anyway something….
