I need help with Javascript

I never did any programing in javascript before. I guess the only way I can learn is to get a sample that I could use.

I’m looking for a javascript that I can add to my index.html page that checks for 3 cookies, name, email and password. if it finds them it creaks the user with a cookie name, if no cookies are fount. A form is displayed so that the user can add his or her name, email and password to access some areas on my web site.

Can any one make one up for me, and you can email it to [email][email protected][/email]

Please make it as simple as you can. I want to print it off so I can get a better look at it.
