Layer Issue with All Web Menus Pro Version 4

I’m having issues with this product by Likno.com: All Web Menus Pro Version 4. Menus work fine when placed inside tables but when I place the javascript code in Dreamweaver MX’s layers, several issues occur including positioning problems, z-index issues. Even using their Element Relative positioning command doesn’t seem to fix the problem.
