Outdated web pages script

Hi,

I have a script for my webpages that pulls out the date when the page was last updated but doent tell me if the page is outdated. Is there any script or software out there that can automatically send me an email if a page hasn’t been updated for let’s say 3 months.

The email has basic information like the page being referred to and when it was last updated.

Cron Job - this would automatically do it

Check the last date it was updated when someone hits the page and if it is more than 3 months send you an email
