I have web site design and used 3 FRAMES

topFrame
mainFrame
bottomFrame

the site align is CENTER i have tables wigth = 800

in IE all is OK

but FIREFOX and NETSCAPE NO
the problem IS when have some page in mainFrame with scroling the scrolling bar when appear the align broke in FIREFOX and Netscape the size of scroling bar is add into the page

and when in mainFrame I have LONG page and scrolling, the scrolling BAR size is add into page ; for IE seems they just HIDE the scrolling bar and appear when is needed

And try to be clearer about what you want... Because I still don't understand why it should be a problem to have a scrollbar...
