How to scroll the full page in one frame from another.

Can anyone help me with the commands for ordering the full page in one frame to scroll with the command being given by another frame.

Here is what I am trying to accomplish:
Frame one has a list of websites and as you click on each site, a form loads into the main window. I need the loaded form to scroll up so that I can enter data into the form without having to scroll to get the form visible on the screen.

I could script it, howeve there must be a simple for to command it to scroll to a certain point both horizontally and vertical.

I do not have control over the loading frame, or I would just place a javascript command self scroll to wherever I want it.

If anyone knows how to do it with javascript that would be great also.
But remember it wil need to be remote javascript as I have no control over the loading window.

Any assistance or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
