Need Expert Help (IE BUG?)

Here is the site, now pay careful attention to the menu.

In Mozilla, it is displayed right
(VERY hard to see but there is a blueish 5px wide image on each end of the menu)

In Internet Explorer, for some reason, the left side seems to be indented…thus pushing the menu out of the visible area (overflow is being hidden to overcome another problem i was having)

my css for the site is here:

its not critical at the moment, but my client will notice it ? ! and its my first job/assignment w/e u call it !
