Margin problems with Flash element

Hi

I am desiging a site which includes a Flash element which I am positioning using CSS. The DIV tag has margins and a border and the Flash elemtn is placed inside. the DIV is positioning correctly but in Firefox the flash element has the same margins and borders as the DIV tag and so sits in the wrong place, this is also the same in IE but with slightly different results and works perfectly in Opera.

Has anyone any ideas what this may be and whether it is a quirk of Flash?
