editable table inside a form

Hi,

Im trying to set up a form that has a table which people can add information to. Basically, the customer wants to know the top ten items they frequently purchase, so they can have that information sent to them via mail and then they fill in the email and mail back how much their company can save them.

Basically it’s a compare and save table.

The catch is, I want it to look like a table, not a bunch of fields.
