okay im trying to write a page that restores a backed up mysql file

it supposed to have a browse box that looks for the file and a button that does the restore. but im new to php and i cant figure it out

Heres a copy of my script maybe someone can figure out what im doing wrong
i’ve edited it so you only see the stuff ya need
