i am trying to make a simple site for indexing software fom other sites its takeing me forever to do it manually and i was thinking about makeing a form entery thing to go with it.

i found a good exampel here //http://www.ultraddl.info/submit.php

i have spoken to a freind about this and he said it was done useing php scripting i have no idea about this so if aanyone could tell me what i need to learn or if theres something read made for this it will be most helpfull because at the moment its the only thing holding me up.
