hOW TO DO A WEBSITE REPORT/SUMMARY

Have you ever had to do a report/summary for a website you created to someone?
I built a website for a company and they need a report of the work I did so that they can officialy announce it.
It’s the first website that I built for money, so I’m not sure what to put in that report/summary.
Shall it be like a dissertation? Shall I put the programming languages I used? The softwares? What support I received? Or more?
How should it be formatted?

I’d really appreciate if you could help me.

There are also other chapters on the site that may help. The book also is a good book.
