Losing my mind….. PT.I

Hello all. I am trying to figure out a major problem on a page. There is gaps in a table and I just cant figure out why. If you take a look at:

There is a huge gap at the top. This only started after he added the Dal Tile and Master Tile pics at the bottom of the table. Any Idea why this happened? I have been trying to figure it out for a day now but don’t see anything. If you look at the original it never had the same problems:
[url]http://www.level13concepts.com/celestine/products.htm[/url]

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
