Headers and Footers Stay the same while middle changes

Hello,

This is my first post… I hope I’m in the right place. ?

I’m creating a menu for a series of technical publications for a major automotive company. the top part of the menu has the logos and links to the different modle years. the middle is where the table of contents is displayed and the bottom has some extra links.

I would like to be able to keep the top and bottom the same while changing the mid section when a link is clicked whit out using inline frames… is this possible?

I hope someone can understand what I’m looking for ?
