eBay javascript forces HTML changes

I am using the Editor Kit Sniplet to display linked ebay listings on my HTML-based Yahoo website. The Sniplet, which is Javascript code, is pasted into the HTML webpage. It is apparently forcing the webpage to extend downward beyond its original length. The lenght is correct until the Sniplet is added. How can I keep the page length within its pre-designed length?

@UR_MaximusMay 27.2005 — are you using pixels or percentage to size ur page. Is there a copy of the html we can see?
