help on URL description in search results

Hi,
how can I control what will be in description for my site when someone gets it’s url from search engine.
My index.htm is frameset. How should I markup some text for search engine to notice it and display it?
Thanx

@toicontienMay 24.2005 — There's no easy way to say it: Don't use Frames. In the very least, include <meta> description and keyword tags and have keywords in the <title> of your document, but you're still breaking your document into pieces. That's hard on search engines. None of them make a correlation between framesets and the documents the framesets hold.

If you're using framesets in place of a content management system, where you have common parts of a page as frames, try using PHP, ASP or Server Side Includes for that instead. Then your documents are one coherent object that search engines and screen readers can make sense of.
