Could this site be using Java?

Hello,

I am new to the forum and have a question regarding a website that I came across. The url is below. I am trying to figure out how they created the “frames” window that the main content comes up in. I am not experienced when it comes to java script, could they have used java to create this?

@the_treeMay 21.2005 — Lots of frames, quite a bit of javascript and aparently a lot of inlcudes, no java as far as I can tell. Something like that [i]could[/i] be done with a java applett.

@buntineMay 21.2005 — Note, this is the worng forum. Java and JavaScript are not the same thing. There is a JavaScript forum down the list a bit.
