Refresh difference changing selection

In my site ([url]http://www.remtech.it/GHOST/Gaming/configura.asp?idmod=Area-G_A100[/url]), next to each radiobutton, there’s a component’s description and there a price difference. Do it possible, changing selection, to refresh the price difference (only for radio)?

For example:

component_1
component_2 [+10€]
component_3 [+20€]

I’m selecting component_3, then:

componente_1 [-20€]
componente_2 [-10€]
componente_3

I’m selecting component_2, then:

componente_1 [-20€]
componente_2
componente_3 [+10€]

ecc…

How do it?
