How to make an application database?

[COLOR=Deeppink][B]Hey,

I have a site [url]www.vas-clan.com[/url] which is for the community I run in a game called Jedi Academy.

People who wish to join us have to go through a trial time and I would like to make something on my site where people can apply to join and keep track on how far they are in the trial. Also that I as admin will be able to alter like (delete/edit/add etc.) People and days they been in the trial.

I have no idea how to make this and where to start. I hoped that one of you guys know how to make such a program or where I can get such a thing. (or even better make it for me :p )

@scragarMay 14.2005 — you need a server side language(I prefer PHP, but you can choose any you like).

If you get one post for help in the respective board and we'll try and help as much as we can.
