Query String Help

I would like to create a web page that will collect 2 pieces of information from user inputs. Then I want create a button that will create a query string containing the information.

I then want to create another web page that will parse the query string and extract the previous information entered. I would like to be able to extract the information without a particular order. After the information is extracted I would like to display the information on the webpage.

Any ideas on writing the code would be appreciated. I am still trying to learn how to program html and javascript and am having problems tying these things together and making them work.
