Scrolling Table Cell

Can someone take a look at this link. The scrolling table cell looks perfect in IE and Netscape but damn firefox is messing it up. I don’t know what I can do to make it right.

If you could help me out that would be great.

@NogDogMay 13.2005 — Only difference I see is the color of the scroll bar. I'm not positive, but I believe the scrollbar property styling is non-standard stuff implemented by MS for IE, thus you don't see it take effect in FF.
