Drop down list box with down arrow on left

Just a quick question:
Is this possible with CSS ? Or do any of you know of any way to accomplish this?

Any other suggestions?

@FangMay 12.2005 — The text is aligned right. In FF you can re-align the text with
option {text-align:left;}
IE will not do this.
