ActiveX control like MS Word

Hi,
I am looking for an ActiveX control that has those powerful editing capabilities as Microsoft Word, or at least should allow these features: bold, italic, underline, tab, table, indentation, font format, bulleting, numbering. Another critical feature is the ability to output the text in HTML format (all formatting features above are changed into HTML).
I saw Microsoft Excel as an ActiveX control on web but I don’t know why Microsoft didn’t make Word as a control.
