Guestbook Help

Is it possible to have a simple guestbook in javascript I know lots of people have asked this but I did a search on this forum and it seems that nobody has my same situation. I have an account on geocities and I don’t think geocities supports php yet it says it does but when I try to run php codes it dosn’t work but anyway I need a javascript guestbook or if someone knows how I can run php on geocities please give me some help. Thank you. ?

@tim_gorMar 25.2003 — I agree with the previous reply in that you can't do database stuff in Javascript; and about Geocities -- I'm pretty sure they don't support any server side stuff (not for free anyway).

But I did do an near-getaround once and maybe this will help you.

They have a highly customisable guestbook and I managed to get my Flash swf file to submit directly to the guestbook. With some cunningness you can also "format" the guest entries in such a way that they are passed back to the flash or SCRIPT in your case! Take a look anyway. It's a very bland guestbook but very customisable if you want to use your script as a frontend for it!?
