browser problems.. I think?

I am having some problems with the following [URL=http://www.s111728931.websitehome.co.uk/]site[/URL]
It views perfectly in IE but apparently quite the opposite in Safari and I can’t figure out why.. Also the rollover doesn’t seem to be working in Netscape and I’ve not had this problem before – any help would be appreciated!
