Script works in Firefox, not in IE

Over on a certain page at my site – http://www.juicemousecypher.com/bow.html to be exact – I’ve got this drop down box at the bottom of the page set up with some really simple javascript that opens new windows depending on what the user selects from the drop down box. The weird thing is that it works great in every browser I’ve tested it on except in IE6, in which it doesn’t work at all. You can click the drop down box options all day but the onClick events just never seem to be instantiated. There really seems to be no reason at all for it not to work, so I was just wondering if I was missing something. That’s entirely possible because I’m hardly adept at this kinda stuff. Any help would be cool. Thanks guys.
