Java Script Pop-up not working.

I have a customer that can’t get a java script pop up on my companies website. Now this pop up is very important. She has all the right settings on her internet explorer and the pop blocker off. And it works for everybody else. Does anybody have any ideas I’ll take anything at this point.

If you must use a pop-up then open it thusly:<a href="http://www.w3.org/" onclick="window.open (this.href, 'child'); return false">W3C</a>
