get specific topic on first page

Hi!

I got one fast question:

I want to get newest topic (nyheter, on my forum) to my first page (mall.php). Do you know any script to do that?
Now I take the whole forum. But I´m trying to get one specific topic.

For the rest of the page I´m using fetch mod.
