Include.. but modify before pasting onto page.

Hey, at the moment I am using php:

[code]include(“foo.htm”)[/code]

to paste the page, then after that I am using javascript:

[code]document.images[0].src=”foo.gif”[/code]

How would I do this all in one step using only php?
