Is it possible to have a status bar in the full screen mode?

For avoiding X on the browser, which is on the top right corner. I’ve written javascript window open, to open in fullscreen mode. That works fine. But this doesn’t satisfy completely what I want to do.

Is it possible to have a status bar in the full screen mode.

I am surprised, although I’ve set the status=yes, and fullscreen=yes. Not showing the status bar.

@phpnoviceApr 22.2005 — No, in true full-screen mode, you cannot have a status bar. The closest thing to it does not use full-screen mode -- instead, the browser window is expanded to the full width and height of the screen. Then you would have your status bar. Unfortunately, you would also have the [b][X][/b] back.
