I’ve been searching for a program that will let me code php and test it. I already have one that I use for html css, etc and it color codes the tags, but I’m looking for something that let’s me see the restults of php so I don’t have to upload it to my server to see if it works every time. And putting apache on this machine would be overkill.

Have you tried DZSofts PHP Editor?

It allows local PHP execution, but you'll have to fill out the

parameters and values...

And PHP Designer 2005 is supposed to be good,

at least it has a high rating... never tried it though..
