OrderForm using Tables and Javascript

Hi All, I am trying to set up an order form and was following the Order Form articles found here on the website. But I am not having much luck with it. Currently I have it up on my website but it doesn’t appear to be working. I have been out of web design for quite some time. And was wondering if anyone would be willing to take a look at what I have done to see where I have gone wrong.

My website is:

click on the Order Form link.

I have been working on the site for about a week now. So any feedback would be appreciative. I’m not looking to be extremely fancy this time but would like my customer’s to be able to navigate with ease.

Thanks for all anticipate comments and suggestions.

I originally posted this on the review forum but someone suggested that this should be posted elsewhere. I thought maybe this would be a good place.

Karen ?

@ray326Apr 03.2005 — Looks ok to me but comcast has no server-side support for form processing and no way for you to do it with Perl or such.
