Change the format of the date

Hi,

I need to know if possible how i can change the format of the date from this
03-04-2005 19:26 into a more readable format.

I literaly just pull this from my database into the variable $LastLogin.

I input it into the database like this : –
date(“d-m-Y G:i “);
