Can I do this?

? Hello Javascript Doers,I want to know if what I want to do is possible in javascript.
I have a problem I have Page, this has 4 div areas with visual component in bounded in each. ?
In each of these components I wish to put information for an Array.
My Query is mainly I have already written the div`s in page straight up.

Problem Thus:Can I make javascript reference the individual div by name and component and add/update some contents or will I have to put ? ugly scripting tags throughout my page.
Do you know what I mean here?
Please help
Thanks

@CharlesApr 02.2005 — Yes it can be done, however, if this is for public use then you will run into problems. One in ten users do not use JavaScript. The best method would be to use a transitional DTD and the IFRAME element. If this is just for yourself then you can use the DOM level 1 to manipulate the page.
