Problem with menu

Hallo out there

About half a year a go i started up doing my own web page, so i am still a newbee. I really need your help. I have these javascript menu and it works perfectly in the first place but not in the other part of the menu! Difficult to explain. By the way its all in German, I hope you guys can still help me.
