Number of Options in select box.

hey guys,

is it possible to find out how many <options> are currently in a
select box.
I want to add more but i need to figure out which option Number to
add it as but i dont know that because i dont know how many options there currently are.

options.length

will give me how many there are but this does not account for the

[0] so i guess i was looking for

options.length - 1

@PalrosMar 25.2005 — options.length -1 will give you the last used index in the options array. use options.length ass the number to append new opptions with.
