I need a very good VBScript editor/debugger…

I am looking for a good VBscript editor/debugger that does the following at least..

-Color code the vbscript
-has the ability to insert bookmarks so you can jump to specific parts of your script with a simple hotkey press
-has a built in debugger for both wscript and cscript
-has find, find all, and replace features

if anybody knows of anything that will do this please let me know. I have used VS.net and like it but no longer have the software so I need a new tool. And Interdev 6.0 and the Microsoft Script Debugger I just don’t really think are that good..
